Ham and Rice Stir-Fry

This delicious and easy-to-make stir-fry combines the flavors of ham, rice, and onion for a satisfying meal for four people.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of cooked rice
  • 1 cup of diced ham
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the diced ham and cook until lightly browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Remove the ham from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the sliced onion and cook until softened and slightly caramelized, about 5 minutes.
  5. Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir to combine with the onion.
  6. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice is heated through.
  7. Return the cooked ham to the skillet and stir to combine with the rice and onion.
  8. Cook for another 2-3 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
