Ham and Sauerkraut Breakfast Sandwich

This hearty breakfast sandwich is perfect for a delicious and satisfying start to your day.
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 4 slices of bread
- 6 slices of ham
- 1 cup sauerkraut
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- In a skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat.
- Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook to your desired doneness, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- While the eggs are cooking, toast the bread slices.
- In another skillet, heat the remaining butter over medium heat and add the ham slices. Cook until lightly browned.
- Divide the sauerkraut evenly between two of the bread slices.
- Place the cooked eggs on top of the sauerkraut, followed by the ham slices.
- Top with the remaining slices of bread to form sandwiches.
