This hearty breakfast sandwich is perfect for a delicious and satisfying start to your day.

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 4 slices of bread
  • 6 slices of ham
  • 1 cup sauerkraut
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat.
  2. Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook to your desired doneness, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  3. While the eggs are cooking, toast the bread slices.
  4. In another skillet, heat the remaining butter over medium heat and add the ham slices. Cook until lightly browned.
  5. Divide the sauerkraut evenly between two of the bread slices.
  6. Place the cooked eggs on top of the sauerkraut, followed by the ham slices.
  7. Top with the remaining slices of bread to form sandwiches.
  8. Serve and enjoy your delicious breakfast sandwich!
