Ham & Egg Breakfast Sandwich Recipe

  • 8 slices of thick-cut ham
  • 4 English muffins
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Butter, for cooking


  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Lightly toast your English muffins and set aside.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard until well combined.
  4. Spread the mixture onto the top half of each English muffin.
  5. Lay a slice of ham on the bottom half of each muffin.
