Ham Frittata Recipe for 4 People

Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Ingredients
- 8 large eggs
- 1/2 cup diced ham
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.
- In a small skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the diced ham and sauté for 2-3 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Add the ham to the egg mixture and stir to combine.
- Pour the egg mixture into a greased 8-inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
- Bake the frittata in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the eggs are set and the cheese is melted and lightly golden.
- Serve the frittata hot, garnished with chopped fresh chives.
