Ham Frittata Recipe for 4 People

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Ingredients

  • 8 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup diced ham
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.
  3. In a small skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the diced ham and sauté for 2-3 minutes or until lightly browned.
  4. Add the ham to the egg mixture and stir to combine.
  5. Pour the egg mixture into a greased 8-inch baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
  7. Bake the frittata in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the eggs are set and the cheese is melted and lightly golden.
  8. Serve the frittata hot, garnished with chopped fresh chives.
