Ingredients
- 4 ham steaks (~1 inch thick)
- 4 cups shredded hash browns
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Take the ham steaks out of the fridge and let them sit at room temperature for at least 30 minutes before cooking.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- Sprinkle both sides of the ham steaks with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the ham steaks and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until browned.
