Ham Steak with Hash Browns Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 ham steaks (~1 inch thick)
  • 4 cups shredded hash browns
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Take the ham steaks out of the fridge and let them sit at room temperature for at least 30 minutes before cooking.
  2. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  3. Sprinkle both sides of the ham steaks with salt and pepper.

  9. Cook the hash browns to desired crispiness, stirring occasionally for 8-10 minutes.
