- 2 stalks celery, diced

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 3 cups vegetable broth
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Prepare the Ingredients: Finely chop the onion. Dice the celery stalks. Mince the garlic.
