- 2 cups leftover pot roast, shredded
- 2 chorizo sausages, sliced
- 1 cup rice (uncooked)

- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients: Shred the leftover pot roast, slice the chorizo sausages, dice the tomatoes, and chop the onion and garlic.
- Heat the Skillet: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
