Hearty Vegan Stew for the Family

  • 2-3 medium-sized potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 head of cauliflower, broken into florets
  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1 slow cooker


  1. Preheat the slow cooker to low heat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cubed potatoes and cauliflower florets.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the flour and a pinch of salt.
  4. Add the flour mixture to the potato and cauliflower mixture, stirring until everything is well-coated.
  5. Add the mixture to the slow cooker and cook for 6-8 hours or overnight.
  6. Before serving, give the stew a good stir and adjust the seasoning if needed.
