- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions

- In the mixer bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and salt.
- Add the frothed yeast mixture, melted butter, and egg to the dry ingredients.
- Use the mixer to combine the ingredients until a dough forms. Knead the dough until it is smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a clean cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until it has doubled in size.
- In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon.
- Preheat the furnace to 375°F (190°C).
- Punch down the risen dough and roll it out on a floured surface using the kneader to form a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
- Spread the cinnamon filling evenly over the dough.
- Starting from one of the long edges, tightly roll the dough into a log.
- Cut the log into 8 equal pieces and place them in a greased baking dish.
- Let the rolls rise for another 20-30 minutes until they have doubled in size.
- Bake in the preheated furnace for 20-25 minutes or until the rolls are golden brown.
- While the rolls are baking, mix together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract to make the glaze.
- Once the rolls are done baking, remove them from the furnace and let them cool slightly.
- Drizzle the glaze over the warm rolls before serving.
