Homemade Superfood Protein Granola

Ingredients

- 1 cup sunflower oil

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon barley malt extract
- 1 teaspoon lecithin (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the whole grain rolled oats, wheat flakes, puffed quinoa, whole grain barley flakes, and pumpkin seeds.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the sunflower oil, honey, sugar, oligo-fructose, barley malt extract, and salt until well combined.
