Italian Bacon and Bean Salad

What Started it all:
Bacon, Lettuce, beans, blender


  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 1 head of lettuce, washed and torn into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 can of beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup of Italian dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove from the skillet and place on paper towels to drain.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the torn lettuce and beans.
  3. Crumble the cooked bacon over the lettuce and beans.
  4. In a blender, combine the Italian dressing, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
  5. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
