Ingredients
- 2 large carrots, peeled and grated
- 200g pasta of your choice
- 1 cup red or green grapes, halved
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, heat a little olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the grated carrots and sauté for 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
- Add the halved grapes to the pan and cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing them to release their juices.
