Italian Edamame and Broccoli Skillet

Ingredients
- 2 cups of edamame (shelled)
- 2 cups of broccoli florets
- 1 can (6 oz) of tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon of dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Freshly grated Parmesan cheese (for serving)
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté until the onions are translucent and the garlic is fragrant, about 3-4 minutes.
