What Started it all:
Stir Fry Beef, Beet, peanut butter, food processor

This might sound a bit unconventional, but trust me, we're going to create something bloody brilliant with these ingredients. Get your act together, and let's make some magic in the kitchen!

  • 500g stir fry beef
  • 2 medium beets, peeled and grated
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

  1. Prep the Ingredients - Get your food processor out. Grate the beets using the food processor. Don't turn the kitchen into a bloody mess! Slice the onion and bell pepper. Mince the garlic. No excuses for uneven cuts!
  2. Cook the Beef - Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Don't just stand there, keep it moving!
  3. Sauté the Veggies - Add the onion, garlic, and bell pepper to the pan. Cook until the onion is translucent and the bell pepper is tender. If it's not sizzling, you're doing it wrong!
  4. Add the Beets and Peanut Butter - Stir in the grated beets. Cook for about 5 minutes until they start to soften. Add the peanut butter and oregano. Mix well until everything is coated and the peanut butter is melted. Don't let it stick to the pan, you muppet!
  5. Combine and Serve - Return the beef to the pan and mix everything together. Cook for another 2-3 minutes to let the flavors meld. Taste it. Adjust the seasoning if needed. Don't be shy with the salt and pepper! Garnish with fresh parsley.
