Italian-Style Ground Turkey and Okra Delight

Here's a recipe to take your taste buds on a trip to Italy. We're using ground turkey and okra, and we're going to make it bloody delicious. No excuses, just follow the instructions to the letter!
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 lb fresh okra, chopped
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until they are softened and fragrant, about 3 minutes. Don't burn them!
- Add the ground turkey to the skillet. Break it up with a wooden spoon and cook until it's browned and no longer pink. Season with salt and pepper.
- Toss in the chopped okra. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the apple cider vinegar and balsamic vinegar to the skillet. Stir well to combine and let it cook off for about 2 minutes.
- Sprinkle in the dried oregano, dried basil, and red pepper flakes (if using). Mix everything thoroughly.
- Pour in the marinara sauce. Stir to combine and let it simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.
- While the mixture is simmering, grate the Parmesan cheese.
- Microwave the mixture for 1-2 minutes. It helps meld the flavors together.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil leaves and a generous sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
