Ingredients
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup sushi rice
- 4 sheets nori seaweed
Instructions
- Cook the sushi rice according to package instructions and let it cool.
- Lay a sheet of nori on a flat surface and spread a layer of whipped cream over it.
- Sprinkle a layer of mozzarella cheese on top of the whipped cream.
- Spread a layer of sushi rice over the mozzarella cheese.
