Japanese Peanut Lettuce Wraps

Peanuts, Lettuce, dried herbs (oregano, thyme, basil), crockpot

- Lettuce
- Dried herbs (oregano, thyme, basil)
- Crockpot
Instructions
- Start by preparing the crockpot. Add the peanuts and a sprinkle of the dried herbs.
- Cook the peanuts in the crockpot until they are golden and fragrant.
- While the peanuts are cooking, carefully separate the lettuce leaves and wash them thoroughly. Pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel.
- Once the peanuts are ready, remove them from the crockpot and let them cool for a few minutes.
- Crush the peanuts using a mortar and pestle or a food processor until they are finely chopped.
- Sprinkle the crushed peanuts over the lettuce leaves.
- Roll the lettuce leaves with the peanuts inside, creating little wraps.
- Serve the Japanese Peanut Lettuce Wraps immediately and enjoy!
