Japanese Stir Fry with Kale and Oats

You bloody well better pay attention, or you’ll end up with a disaster on your hands! Today, we’re going to make a bloody good Japanese stir fry with kale and oats. It’s a simple yet flavorful dish that’ll impress even the most discerning palates. So, get your act together and let’s get started!
Ingredients
- 1 lb Stir Fry Beef (thinly sliced)
- 2 cups Kale (chopped)
- 1 cup Oats
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp Grated Ginger
- 1 tsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Get your bloody hands moving! In a food processor, process the oats into a coarse crumb. Set aside.
- Don't make me come over there! Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Listen up! Add the beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- What's taking so long?! Add the garlic and ginger to the skillet and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
- Don't mess this up! Add the kale to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
- You bloody well better not forget the oats! Add the oat crumb to the skillet and stir to combine with the kale.
- Now it's time to bring it all together! Add the cooked beef back into the skillet and stir to combine with the kale and oats.
- Season it up, you numpty! Add the soy sauce and sesame oil, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
