Juicy Pan-Seared Chicken Breast

Ingredients
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
 - Salt and pepper
 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
 - ½ teaspoon onion powder
 - ½ teaspoon paprika
 - ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
 - 1 tablespoon butter
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - ½ cup chicken broth
 
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
 - Season the chicken breasts generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper, rubbing the spices evenly all over the chicken.
 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
 - Once the skillet is hot, add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side until well browned.
 - Remove the chicken breasts from the skillet and transfer them to a baking dish.
 - Bake the chicken breasts in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
 - While the chicken is baking, melt butter in the same skillet over medium heat and add minced garlic.
 - Stir garlic for 1-2 minutes or until fragrant.
 - Add chicken broth to the skillet and stir to combine.
 - Cook for 3-4 minutes or until the sauce has thickened slightly.
 - Once the chicken is done baking, remove it from the oven.
 - Pour the garlic sauce on top of the chicken breasts and serve immediately.
