  • 4 beets, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss the beet slices with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Place the seasoned beet slices in the air fryer basket and cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the beets are tender and slightly crispy.
