  • Chard (2 bunches, chopped)
  • Yeast (1 tsp, nutritional)
  • Olive oil (2 tbsp)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Black pepper (to taste)
  • Garlic (4 cloves, minced)
  • Lemon juice (1 tbsp)


  1. Cut the stew beef into bite-sized pieces. Season generously with salt and black pepper. Make sure you coat every bloody piece, got it?
