  • 2 lbs beef brisket
  • 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: fresh parsley or thyme for garnish


  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together tomato paste, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create the glaze.
