Ingredients
- 200g seitan
- 1 large carrot, peeled and grated
- 100g sugar-free chocolate chips
- Food processor
Instructions
- Begin by crumbling the seitan in a food processor until it reaches a fine, crumb-like texture.
- Add the grated carrot to the food processor and blend it with the crumbled seitan until well combined.
- Melt the sugar-free chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl or using a double boiler.
- Once the chocolate is melted, pour it over the seitan and carrot mixture in the food processor.
- Pulse the mixture until the chocolate is evenly distributed and the mixture comes together to form a dough-like consistency.
- Using your hands, roll the mixture into small, bite-sized truffle balls and place them on a lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate the truffles for at least 30 minutes to allow them to set.
