Keto Garlic Wok Eggs
What Started it all:
Eggs, Garlic, broth or stock (chicken, vegetable), wok

Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup of chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 wok
Instructions
- Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them until well combined.
- Place the wok over medium heat and add a splash of olive oil.
- Add the minced garlic to the wok and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour the whisked eggs into the wok and let them cook for a minute without stirring.
- Gently fold the eggs in the wok to scramble them.
- Once the eggs are almost set, pour in the chicken or vegetable broth and continue to cook until the eggs are fully cooked and the broth has reduced slightly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the keto garlic wok eggs hot, and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
