Keto Garlic Wok Eggs

What Started it all:
Eggs, Garlic, broth or stock (chicken, vegetable), wok


  • 8 eggs
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 cup of chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 wok


  1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them until well combined.
  2. Place the wok over medium heat and add a splash of olive oil.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the wok and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Pour the whisked eggs into the wok and let them cook for a minute without stirring.
  5. Gently fold the eggs in the wok to scramble them.
  6. Once the eggs are almost set, pour in the chicken or vegetable broth and continue to cook until the eggs are fully cooked and the broth has reduced slightly.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve the keto garlic wok eggs hot, and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
