Ingredients

  • Quinoa
  • Kale
  • Baking powder
  • Pressure cooker

Instructions

  1. Rinse the quinoa under cold water to remove any bitterness.
  2. Place the quinoa and water in the pressure cooker according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  3. Add a pinch of baking powder to the quinoa and water to help it cook evenly and become fluffier.
  4. Cook the quinoa in the pressure cooker for the recommended time.
  5. While the quinoa is cooking, prepare the kale by removing the tough stems and chopping the leaves into bite-sized pieces.
