Keto Quinoa and Lentil Lettuce Wraps

Delightful, healthy twist on traditional wraps with the freshness of lettuce and hearty flavors of quinoa and lentils.
Ingredients
- 1 cup quinoa
- 1 head of lettuce
- 1 cup lentils
- 1 wok
Instructions
- Grab a saucepan and cook the quinoa according to the package instructions. Fluff it up with a fork and set it aside.
- While the quinoa is cooking, wash and separate the lettuce leaves, then pat them dry.
- In a separate saucepan, cook the lentils according to the package instructions. Drain any excess water and set them aside.
- Heat up the wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the cooked quinoa and lentils to the wok and stir-fry for a couple of minutes to infuse the flavors.
- Spoon the quinoa and lentil mixture into the lettuce leaves, creating delicious, keto-friendly wraps.
