Keto Quinoa and Lentil Lettuce Wraps

Delightful, healthy twist on traditional wraps with the freshness of lettuce and hearty flavors of quinoa and lentils.


  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 1 head of lettuce
  • 1 cup lentils
  • 1 wok


  1. Grab a saucepan and cook the quinoa according to the package instructions. Fluff it up with a fork and set it aside.
  2. While the quinoa is cooking, wash and separate the lettuce leaves, then pat them dry.
  3. In a separate saucepan, cook the lentils according to the package instructions. Drain any excess water and set them aside.
  4. Heat up the wok over medium-high heat.
  5. Add the cooked quinoa and lentils to the wok and stir-fry for a couple of minutes to infuse the flavors.
  6. Spoon the quinoa and lentil mixture into the lettuce leaves, creating delicious, keto-friendly wraps.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy the burst of flavors in every bite!
