  • 1 cup Quinoa
  • 1 Cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup mixed dried fruits (such as raisins, cranberries, or apricots)
  • 1 skillet


  1. Rinse the quinoa in a fine-mesh strainer under cold water.
