Korean Air-Fried Pork Chops with Garlic Spinach

  • 4 pork chops
  • 4 cups of fresh spinach
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray for the air fryer


  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  4. Place the seasoned pork chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Air fry the pork chops for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden brown and cooked through.
  6. While the pork chops are cooking, heat a drizzle of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  7. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  8. Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and cook, stirring frequently, until wilted.
  9. Season the garlic spinach with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  10. Serve the air-fried pork chops with the garlic spinach on the side.
