Korean Air-Fried Pork Chops with Garlic Spinach

<em>(Preheating the air fryer)</em>
Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 4 cups of fresh spinach
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray for the air fryer
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Place the seasoned pork chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry the pork chops for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden brown and cooked through.
- While the pork chops are cooking, heat a drizzle of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and cook, stirring frequently, until wilted.
- Season the garlic spinach with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Serve the air-fried pork chops with the garlic spinach on the side.
