Korean Air-Fried Pork Chops with Onion Mayo

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 large onion
  • Mayonnaise
  • Cooking spray (for the air fryer)


  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. Place the pork chops in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
  4. Air fry the pork chops for 12-15 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking time, until they are golden brown and cooked through.
  5. While the pork chops are cooking, slice the onion into thin rings.
  6. In a bowl, mix the sliced onion with mayonnaise until well combined.
  7. Once the pork chops are done, serve them with a generous dollop of the onion mayo on top.
