This recipe combines the bold flavors of Korean bulgogi with the convenience and deliciousness of tacos. It's a perfect fusion dish that will surely impress your friends and family.


  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • Optional toppings: shredded lettuce, chopped green onions, sesame seeds


  1. In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, sesame oil, and ginger to create the marinade.
  2. Add the thinly sliced beef to the marinade, making sure it's well coated, then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. Add the sliced onion and bell peppers to the skillet and stir-fry until they are tender-crisp.
  5. Warm the tortillas in a separate skillet or in the oven.
  6. Assemble the tacos by placing the beef and vegetable mixture onto each tortilla and adding optional toppings as desired.
