Korean Bison Crockpot Recipe
What Started it all:
Bison, Asparagus, beans, crockpot
<em>(Enthusiastically sear the bison cubes, humming a cheerful tune)</em>
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs bison, cut into cubes
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1 cup beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 crockpot
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, sear the bison cubes until browned on all sides.
- Transfer the seared bison to the crockpot.
- Add the asparagus and beans to the crockpot.
- In a separate bowl, mix the Korean-inspired sauce:
- Pour the sauce over the bison, asparagus, and beans in the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours, until the bison is tender.
- Serve the Korean bison crockpot dish over steamed rice and enjoy!
