Korean Bison Crockpot Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs bison, cut into cubes
  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 1 cup beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 crockpot

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium-high heat, sear the bison cubes until browned on all sides.
  2. Transfer the seared bison to the crockpot.
  3. Add the asparagus and beans to the crockpot.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the Korean-inspired sauce:
  5. Pour the sauce over the bison, asparagus, and beans in the crockpot.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours, until the bison is tender.
  7. Serve the Korean bison crockpot dish over steamed rice and enjoy!
