Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almonds
  • 1 bunch Collard greens
  • 1/4 cup brewed coffee
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. While the air fryer is heating up, wash and dry the collard greens. Remove the tough stems and tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces.
