Korean Inspired Almond Coffee Asparagus

<strong>Prep the Almonds</strong>: Start by toasting the almonds in a dry frying pan over medium heat until they are golden brown and fragrant. Set them aside to cool.

- 1 pound Asparagus
- 2 tablespoons ground Coffee
- 1 Frying Pan

- Prep the Almonds: Start by toasting the almonds in a dry frying pan over medium heat until they are golden brown and fragrant. Set them aside to cool.
- Prepare the Asparagus: Wash the asparagus and trim off the woody ends. Heat the frying pan, add a splash of oil, and cook the asparagus over medium-high heat until they are tender-crisp and have a nice char.
- Coffee Infusion: In a small saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add the ground coffee and let it steep for 5 minutes. Strain the coffee and discard the grounds.
- Combine and Serve: Arrange the cooked asparagus on a serving platter, sprinkle the toasted almonds on top, and drizzle the coffee infusion over the dish.
