Ingredients

  • 2 lbs fresh salmon, skin removed and diced

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup chopped scallions

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  6. Repeat the process until all the batter is used, adding more oil to the skillet as needed.
