Ingredients
- 2 lbs fresh salmon, skin removed and diced
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup chopped scallions
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped kimchi
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and water to make a smooth batter.
- Add the diced salmon, scallions, carrots, kimchi, soy sauce, and eggs to the batter. Mix well.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
