Korean Shrimp Tacos

- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 small tortillas
- 2 cups slaw mix (cabbage and carrots)
- 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)

- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, garlic, and ginger.
- Add the shrimp to the marinade and let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
