Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pork roast, sliced
  • 2 cups Green beans, trimmed
  • 12 oz Pasta of your choice
  • Korean spicy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Place the sliced pork roast in a microwave-safe dish and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Microwave the pork roast on high for 5-7 minutes, or until fully cooked.

  7. Add the steamed green beans to the skillet and toss to combine with the pork and sauce.
  8. Finally, add the cooked pasta to the skillet and gently toss everything together until the pasta is well coated with the spicy pork and green beans.
