Korean Spicy Pork Pasta

  • 1 lb Pork roast, sliced
  • 2 cups Green beans, trimmed
  • 12 oz Pasta of your choice
  • Korean spicy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Place the sliced pork roast in a microwave-safe dish and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Microwave the pork roast on high for 5-7 minutes, or until fully cooked.
  4. In a separate microwave-safe bowl, steam the green beans in the microwave for 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
  5. In a large skillet, heat the Korean spicy sauce over medium heat.
  6. Add the cooked pork slices to the skillet and stir to coat them with the spicy sauce.
  7. Add the steamed green beans to the skillet and toss to combine with the pork and sauce.
  8. Finally, add the cooked pasta to the skillet and gently toss everything together until the pasta is well coated with the spicy pork and green beans.
