This Korean-inspired recipe combines the succulent flavors of air-fried pork chops with the refreshing crunch of radish and the sweetness of dried fruits. It’s a delightful and easy-to-make dish that’s perfect for a family meal or a gathering with friends.

Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 large radish, julienned
  • 1/2 cup dried fruits (raisins, apricots)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the pork chops in the air fryer and cook for 12-15 minutes, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
  4. In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and honey.
  5. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the julienned radish until slightly softened.
  6. Add the dried fruits and the prepared sauce to the pan, and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Serve the air-fried pork chops with the radish and dried fruits mixture on top.
