Korean-Style Black Bean and Zucchini Stew

This Korean-inspired recipe combines the rich flavors of black beans and the freshness of zucchini to create a comforting and wholesome stew, perfect for sharing with loved ones.


  • 2 cups of black beans
  • 2 zucchinis, sliced
  • 4 cups of water
  • 2 teaspoons of loose tea leaves
  • Salt to taste


  1. Rinse the black beans thoroughly and soak them in water for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  2. After soaking, drain the black beans and place them in a pressure cooker.
  3. Add the sliced zucchinis to the pressure cooker.
  4. Pour in 4 cups of water and sprinkle loose tea leaves over the ingredients.
  5. Close the pressure cooker and cook on high pressure for 20 minutes.
  6. Once the cooking is complete, allow the pressure to release naturally.
  7. Carefully open the pressure cooker and season the stew with salt to taste.
