This Korean-inspired recipe combines the rich flavors of black beans and the freshness of zucchini to create a comforting and wholesome stew, perfect for sharing with loved ones.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of black beans
  • 2 zucchinis, sliced
  • 4 cups of water
  • 2 teaspoons of loose tea leaves
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Rinse the black beans thoroughly and soak them in water for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  2. After soaking, drain the black beans and place them in a pressure cooker.
  3. Add the sliced zucchinis to the pressure cooker.
