Korean-Style Brisket with Brussels Sprout Slaw

  • 2 lbs brisket, cut into chunks
  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, shredded
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup water
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Korean barbecue sauce
  • Sesame seeds for garnish


  1. Season the brisket chunks with salt and pepper.
  2. In the pressure cooker, add the seasoned brisket chunks, water, and a generous amount of Korean barbecue sauce.
  3. Cook the brisket in the pressure cooker according to the manufacturer's instructions, until it's tender and easily shreds with a fork.
  4. While the brisket is cooking, prepare the Brussels sprout slaw by mixing the shredded Brussels sprouts with mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
  5. Once the brisket is done, serve it with the Brussels sprout slaw on the side.
  6. Garnish with sesame seeds for an extra burst of flavor.
