Ingredients
- 400g tempeh, cut into cubes
- 200g mushrooms, sliced
- 4 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat.
- Add the vegetable oil to the pan.
- Once the oil is hot, add the tempeh cubes and cook until golden brown.
