Korean Turkey and Kale Stir-Fry

This Korean-inspired recipe combines tender turkey breast with nutritious kale and crunchy nuts for a flavorful and satisfying stir-fry.
Ingredients
- 1 pound turkey breast, thinly sliced
- 4 cups kale, chopped
- 1/2 cup almonds, chopped
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the vegetable oil, garlic, and ginger to the skillet and cook for 1 minute.
- Add the turkey breast slices to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove the turkey from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the kale and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes.
- Return the turkey to the skillet with the kale.
- In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil, and honey. Pour the sauce over the turkey and kale in the skillet.
- Add the chopped almonds and walnuts to the skillet and toss everything together until heated through.
- Serve the Korean turkey and kale stir-fry over cooked rice.
