Korean Turkey Cabbage Stir-Fry

Ingredients
- 500g ground turkey
- 1 small cabbage, chopped
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions
- Heat the wok over medium-high heat.
- Add cooking oil to the wok.
- Add the ground turkey to the wok and cook until browned.
- Push the turkey to one side of the wok and add the onions, garlic, and ginger to the other side.
- Stir-fry the onions, garlic, and ginger until fragrant.
- Mix the turkey with the onion mixture in the wok.
- Add the cabbage to the wok and stir-fry until it's slightly wilted.
- Season with salt, pepper, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Stir in the green onions and cook for another minute.
- Serve the Korean turkey cabbage stir-fry over cooked rice.
