Ingredients

  • 500g ground turkey
  • 1 small cabbage, chopped

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat.

  4. Push the turkey to one side of the wok and add the onions, garlic, and ginger to the other side.
  5. Stir-fry the onions, garlic, and ginger until fragrant.
  6. Mix the turkey with the onion mixture in the wok.
  7. Add the cabbage to the wok and stir-fry until it's slightly wilted.
  8. Season with salt, pepper, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  9. Stir in the green onions and cook for another minute.
  10. Serve the Korean turkey cabbage stir-fry over cooked rice.
