Lemon and Herb Chicken Breast

This recipe serves 4 people and is a delicious and healthy way to enjoy chicken breast.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh oregano, chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and turn to coat them evenly in the marinade.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight if possible.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Remove the chicken breasts from the marinade and arrange them in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Serve hot with your favorite sides such as roasted vegetables, rice, or salad.
