Ingredients
- 1 box of lemon cake mix
- 1 jar of lemon curd
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch cake pan.
- Follow the instructions on the lemon cake mix box to prepare the cake batter.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
- Use a spoon to drizzle the lemon curd over the top of the cake batter.
- Use a knife to swirl the lemon curd into the cake batter.
- Bake the cake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool for a few minutes before serving.
