Lemon Cake with Lemon Curd Recipe

This lemon cake with lemon curd serves 4 people. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream, if desired.

Ingredients

  • 1 box of lemon cake mix
  • 1 jar of lemon curd

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch cake pan.
  2. Follow the instructions on the lemon cake mix box to prepare the cake batter.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
  4. Use a spoon to drizzle the lemon curd over the top of the cake batter.
  5. Use a knife to swirl the lemon curd into the cake batter.
  6. Bake the cake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow the cake to cool for a few minutes before serving.
