  • 4 cod fillets
  • 2 lemons
  • 4 large potatoes
  • Olive oil

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and scrub the potatoes. Cut them into bite-sized pieces and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle the potatoes with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Toss them to coat evenly.
