This recipe is a delightful gluten-free dish that combines the heartiness of lentils with the rich flavor of artichokes. It’s a comforting and satisfying meal that is perfect for sharing with friends and family.


  • 2 cups of lentils
  • 1 can of artichoke hearts
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Rinse the lentils thoroughly in a fine-mesh sieve.
