Lentil and Spinach Stir-fry with Green Tea

This recipe is a quick and healthy option for a delicious meal that brings together the earthy flavors of lentils and the freshness of spinach, all stir-fried in a wok and served with a side of refreshing green tea. It's a perfect dish for four people to enjoy a nutritious and satisfying meal together.
Ingredients
- 1 cup of lentils
- 2 cups of fresh spinach
- 4 cups of brewed green tea
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Rinse the lentils thoroughly and cook them in a pot of boiling water until tender, then drain and set aside.
- Heat the olive oil in a wok over medium heat.
- Add the cooked lentils to the wok and stir-fry for a few minutes.
