Ingredients
- 1 cup almonds, finely chopped
- 2 medium beets, peeled and diced
- 2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
Instructions
- Finely chop the almonds and set them aside.
- Peel and dice the beets and potatoes into small, even-sized pieces.
