What Started it all:
Pork loins, Lettuce, dried herbs (oregano, thyme, basil), oven

Ah, the savory delight of a low-carb pork loin dish that will have your taste buds dancing!

Ingredients

  • 4 pork loins
  • 4 cups of lettuce, chopped
  • 2 tbsp of dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp of dried thyme
  • 1 tbsp of dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Don't bother me with the details, just make sure it's hot!
  2. Season the pork loins with salt, pepper, and a pinch of dried herbs. Don't be shy, now!
  3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the pork loins until browned on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side. Don't overcook them, you numpty!
  4. Transfer the pork loins to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Top each loin with a generous helping of chopped lettuce and a sprinkle of dried herbs. Don't be stingy, now!
  5. Drizzle a bit more olive oil over the top and season with salt and pepper to taste. For God's sake, don't overdo it!
  6. Roast the pork loins in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through. Don't bother me with the details, just make sure it's done!
  7. Remove the pork loins from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Don't slice them too thin, you dimwit!
