This low carb recipe combines the flavors of canned fish, spinach, and tomatoes to create a hearty and nutritious stew that’s perfect for a healthy meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans of tuna or sardines
  • 4 cups of fresh spinach
  • 1 can of diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup of water
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the canned tomatoes and water. Blend until smooth.
  2. In a large pot, heat the blended tomatoes over medium heat.
